If anyone could tell me why my sidebar has turned into a bottom-right bar, that would be great.

Well, it looks like you've messed with the dimensions of your main text box--the white background is about an inch wider than the gray lines that border all your posts...
I'd say, go back and fix that and you should be able to get your sidebar back on the...well...side.
Actually, I think I figured it out & it's an easy fix.
Your post below, Day 7 and Still Going, has a link that extends from the borders of the post. Compress that link (via hyperlinking text), republish the whole blog and it should all pop back to normal.
