its interesting to see that two retakers failed -- Summer 08 was definitely one of BLS's worst bar years, and to see 2 of those ppl fail again shows that they probably didn't deserve to graduate.
One may only attempt the Texas Bar Exam five times. After the fifth failure, the applicant may only take the bar if the Board of Law Examiners waives the limitation.

Didn't deserve to graduate? One of those failed re-takers won "Top-Gun."
Everyone who graduates deserves to graduate.
Third time is the charm. Is there a limit in Texas?
no limit, though rumors are that the 3rd time may not arise...do we know who the other 2x failer was?
